JOSHUA BIGGS - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
I was born, raised and currently reside in Vancouver, WA. Prior to working at Adair Homes, I spent 10 years in sales and senior level management roles in the mortgage industry, most recently as the Vice President of Sales Operations for a Portland based mortgage company. I joined the Adair family of companies in August 2010 as the General Manager of Adair Financial Services and currently serve as the Director of Sales for Adair Homes. My responsibilities include managing the Western Washington offices of Woodland and Olympia, while working with the Eastern Region and Western Oregon managers to oversee the 9 Adair sales offices in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
WALTER ROBERTSON - HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
I was born and raised in Olympia, so this town and area is definitely home. My wife is a schoolteacher in the area, and I have been with the Adair team since early 2008. My passion is to serve people, and partnering with them to make their home dreams come true falls into that category. I have built an Adair home myself so I can say from experience I have walked in your shoes! Those around me describe me as a "fun-lovin' nice guy" and I would agree that fits my personality well. I love to spend time with my wife and four daughters. My oldest, M'Lissa, lives in California with her husband and my first grandchild. Gretchen works at a college in Portland and lives with her husband not far from the Woodland branch. Katie is a senior at Pacific Lutheran University, and Hannah is finishing up high school at Tumwater. We love to travel as a family, eat at Big Tom's and take walks when the weather is nice. In my spare time I enjoy reading, listening to audio books, and watching TV movies. Best of all, one day I plan to get my CDL and go trucking which is a lifelong dream of mine! Does that sound crazy? My wife would agree with you!
JAIME PETROZZI - HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
I have lived in the Olympia/Lacey area for most of my life and definitely love my community. I graduated from North Thurston High School and shortly after that moved to Redmond WA. After several years working in marketing, billing, and program management in the King County area, I moved back home to Olympia. My husband and I were fortunate enough to find Adair Homes during our quest to find and purchase our first home. After building my beautiful home with this company, I sought employment and am happy to be part of this team. I have one son who is finishing high school at NTHS and will land at a local college soon after. I give back to my community by volunteering yearly with the South Puget Sound Salmon Enhancement Group and year round at OlyYoga as their Work/Study coordinator. I enjoy gourmet food & wine, music, walking, yoga, movies and reading.
JOHN BRAGER - HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
I grew up in Missoula, Montana and moved to Washington in 1988. I live in Centralia with my wife, Marilyn, and we have 10 beautiful children, 8 boys and 2 girls. A lot of our free time is spent at sporting events (football, basketball, wresting, and fishing). I joined the Adair team in Feb. 1990 and have loved helping families attain home ownership over the many years with Adair Homes. In 2009, I retired from Adair Homes to be able to spend more time with my wife and travel to visit family around the Northwest. After a couple years I realized how much I missed working at Adair and rejoined the team in August 2011.
TERRY HAYES - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I moved to the Olympia area from Anacortes, WA in 2005 and started working for Adair. I love the outdoors - hiking, hunting, golfing, and being on the water. The Northwest has plenty to offer for the outdoor enthusiast. We even have our own Cabelas here - my favorite place to visit! I have been married twenty-four years to my wonderful wife and we have two beautiful daughters. The oldest has graduated from Clover Park Technical College with a degree in mechanical engineering design and the youngest is a senior at New Market Skills Center in the culinary arts program. What really attracted me to this area was the opportunity to work for Adair Homes. Working for a mission based company that provides affordable stick-built homes that directly impacts families in a positive way is very rewarding. It makes going to work easy!!
CHAD BENDER - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I was born in Missoula, MT, and lived in Washington, Utah, Colorado, and Nevada throughout my childhood before settling in the Puget Sound area in 1999. I have worked in construction since high school and have a vast array of knowledge of the industry. My career at Adair began in 2007 in the Woodland branch. I love my job and believe Adair offers a phenomenal product that I am proud to stand behind, not only as an employee, but as an Adair homeowner as well. I am married to my wonderful wife Krista and we have four amazing boys. I am blessed to say the least. I enjoy sports of any kind, whether it is to watch or to play. One of my favorite activities every week is playing soccer (Go Rowdies!). You will find me most Sunday mornings behind a soundboard at LifePointe Church in Lacey where my wife also enjoys serving on the worship team. I originally learned the soundboard in order to serve in the music ministry with my wife, but it has also become a great joy and even a hobby of mine. I have dreams to one day have my own recording studio.
KIM KENDALL - OFFICE ASSISTANT
I was born and raised in the Tacoma area and transplanted to Grays Harbor when my daughter and son were both elementary school age. My daughter is currently a full-time college student, part-time employee and wonderful mom to my two grandsons and two granddaughters. My son will finish his three year contract with the U.S. Army this June. He served one year in Afghanistan and is currently based at Ft. Richardson near Anchorage, Alaska. Needless to say, I am extremely proud of my kids! I have always had a fascination with the building industry so when I got the opportunity to go back to school, I moved to Lacey, and earned a degree in Computer Aided Drafting in 2009 at South PugetSound Community College. I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to join the Olympia Adair Homes team in March 2011. This is an exciting chance to work in a creative home building environment. Life is going well now if only the weather would cooperate so I could go outside in the garden!
