TODD KURILO - SR CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I have been a part of the "Adair Family" since May of 2008. I bring with me over 18 years of experience building quality homes in the Pacific NW. My wife, Wendy and our 2 children have enjoyed living in the Lacey/Olympia area. Our daughter, Kiley loves dance and violin. Our son, Lucas loves the outdoors and being home with his mommy. We love the natural beauty of the Puget Sound, the fresh seafood, and the close proximity to Seattle and Portland.

WALTER ROBERTSON - SENIOR HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
I was born and raised in Olympia so this town and area is definitely home. My wife is a schoolteacher in the area and I have been with the Adair team since early 2008. My passion is to serve people and partnering with them to make their home dreams come true falls into that category. I am currently building an Adair home myself so I can say from experience ... I have walked in your shoes! Those around me describe me as a "fun-lovin' nice guy" and I would agree that fits my personality well. I love to spend time with my wife and four daughters. My oldest, M'Lissa, lives in California with her husband and my first grandchild who is about to turn one. Gretchen works at a college in Portland and lives with her husband not far from the Woodland branch. Katie is a senior at Pacific Lutheran University and Hannah is finishing up high school at Tumwater. We love to travel as a family, eat at Big Tom's and take walks when the weather is nice. In my spare time I enjoy reading, listening to audio books, and watching TV movies. Best of all, one day I plan to get my CDL and go trucking which is a lifelong dream of mine! Does that sound crazy? My wife would agree with you!

JACKIE ASHLEY - HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
I grew up a Navy Brat and have lived in the Northwest for most of my life. Being from a large and diverse family it is easy for me to get to know folks, no one would ever call me shy. Pleasantly, I have been able to stay put here in Olympia for the last 20 years. Olympia is a terrific place to live, work, and play! I truly love my community. People call me the "Networking Queen" because it brings me joy to connect folks to what they need. Working at Adair Homes fits right into my purpose to promote personal and community progress. I volunteer on the board of Rebuilding Together Thurston County, I am an active member of Tumwater Kiwanis, and participate in Relay for Life. For fun I like to drive high powered race carts or play board games with family or friends.

TERRY HAYES - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I moved to the Olympia area from Anacortes, WA in 2005 and started working for Adair.  I love the outdoors – hiking, hunting, golfing, and being on the water.  The northwest has plenty to offer for the outdoor enthusiast.  We even have our own Cabelas here – my favorite place to visit!  I have been married 24 years to my wonderful wife and we have two beautiful daughters.  The oldest has graduated from Clover Park Technical College with a degree in mechanical engineering design and the youngest is a senior at New Market Skills Center in the culinary arts program.  What really attracted me to this area was the opportunity to work for Adair Homes.  Working for a mission based company that provides affordable stick-built homes that directly impacts families in a positive way is very rewarding.  It makes going to work easy!!
